Tuesday, April 1, 2008. After a very frustrating attempt at getting a plug-in to work properly I found out a rather embarrassing bug. This is of course assuming that your that your plug-ins have been developed properly and that it has been registered using the plug-in registration tool version 2. If the organization name has a space in it your plug-in will fail to load.
