It was lovely to find my invitation to meet Princess Diana on her visit to Dharan after all these years when I went through my mothers folder of the letters she received from me during my two years in Nepal. This wide cup is a nice red color and probably suitable for hot chocolate with whipped cream, yum! I love the simple green stripes on this cup with matching saucer. I smell Corelle? These matching cups sport stylized drawings of cats and dogs, how cute! The color of this cup is darling. Target? Wednesday, June 3, 2009.
Friday, August 14, 2015. There is a black locust along the fence line behind Kirkstall that is throwing suckers out into the long grass. Yesterday I transplanted another black locust sucker to the naturalization area. Black locusts are natives to North America but are at the very northern limit of their range in Ottawa.
