Thursday, April 2, 2009. Consistency is the key to build a great body. In the month of March, I was able to manage 6 workouts. Despite this I managed a 0. All this despite being just decent, not great on my diet, no protein shakes and Zero cardio. Imagine If I had done all my 12 workouts for the month, been better with my diet, got my protein on time, done some more cardio, I could have achieved much more. Just goes to show that Consistency matters.
