Having worked in diverse fields over the years, one challenge that has been a constant is who takes responsibility. Even when people have a clear job description and have worked in the industry for decades, the challenge remains. It could be as simple as okaying a directive to as heavy as appending a signature. Some will over delegate their duties to avoid accountability. Others will micro-manage others duties to evade transparency.

The young aspire to grow older to actually become an adult someday but the youth also aspire to grow-up someday, possibly be an elder or aged.
