Using fitness and nutrition to manage multiple sclerosis. There were a lot of things running through my mind early Saturday evening, July 20th, as I completed a 34k swim. What stood out the most however was that it takes a village. This is my story of that village. MS Body, MS Mind.

Sungguh ada cerita panas sedarah, cerita persetubuhan incest antara ibu dan anak laki-lakinya, ayah anak perempuannya. Dan yang lebih parah jika bukan hanya sedarah, namun dengan pertalian darah yang amat dekat. Sehingga bagi pembaca akan terasa amat menantang untuk mencobanya. Monday, March 14, 2011. I wish he were still here today; there is so much I want to talk about. Sunday, July 25, 2010. Two years ago this September, I lost my dad to cancer. For a while, I thought I was doing pretty well but recently, I have realized just how much that loss has cost me.
