Thursday, March 12, 2015. The Honorable Mayor Frank Roland. Out to Dittmer and Cedar Hill and every little hamlet in between. We had a very large Ward geographically, and very few members who lived in Hillsboro proper. Every Church provided flowers for her funeral services. At her funeral, every minister or pastor either offered a prayer or did something. except yours! Those that stayed for the hot dogs.
