Tuesday, March 2, 2010. Does it make sense that I ate my weight in food 2 days ago and lost 2 pounds, but stuck to the diet yesterday and gained back a pound? Thursday, February 25, 2010. Saturday, February 20, 2010. So I am attributing my gain of almost 4 pounds to water retention because now that I think about it, my mom made pot roast and it has a lot of salt the way she makes it and I had a lot of it.
