Pansies, milkweed and daffs, oh my! Every year, the National Garden Bureau. In the US announces the perennial, annual, bulb and edible of the year; and the Perennial Plant Association. Bluenose Garden Notes on place and landscape in Nova Scotia

Notes on place and landscape in Nova Scotia. I recently created a separate WordPress blog to host my landscape architecture graduate student portfolio, where I have also started making the odd blog post. I anticipate that, if I get back to writing proper, dedicated Nova Scotia landscape-based blog posts, I will cross-post them between the two blogs. In the meantime, you can find me at Bluenose Gardener. I did not plan far enough in advance when I first created Bluenose Garden.

PARSED CONTENT

The site had the following in the homepage, "There is a crack in everything." I noticed that the web site stated " Thats how the light gets in." They also stated " Christmas Trees Not Just For Putting Gifts Under. Its hard to imagine that Christmas is upon us again the the months seem to melt away! I overheard a conversation this morning in which one of the participants said something to the effect that they hadnt bothered to put up a tree this year. How odd, I thought. Another person agreed that, if it werent for their kids, they wouldnt bother either. What a shame, I mused."
