A Bitter Pill to Swallow. Along with the mental distress associated with anxiety and depression, there are also many wonderful physical symptoms that accompany it. For me, digestive problems are at the top of the list. Some people find their appetite increases and they overeat, but for me my appetite completely disappears.

The site had the following in the homepage, "I Live With a Monster." I noticed that the web site stated " I live with a monster." They also stated " Hes very quiet and keeps to himself. At times I dont even notice hes there. Ill just find an old memory of him tucked away somewhere and Im reminded of a time when he was impossible to escape and kept his claws dug into my back.
