Last Post of Grade 7 or maybe forever! June 25, 2014. There is so much im gonna miss about this school! There is one goal though is to make new friends in my new school. They also stated " To help you decide what steps you need to take to achive your goals. Basically an action plan can have any type of plan that includes you health. How anything can help you.
