Wednesday, September 7, 2011. Fortunately, about a a week ago, while running I felt a sharp pain in my ankle each time my foot hit the ground. The next day it was my ankle heel and achilles area. The next day it was ankle achilles foot and shin. The next day it was ankle achilles foot shin knee. My entire right leg is out of order. Cole from A Space of My Own.
