This would be my newest draft of Hands! November 29, 2010. This would be the final draft of my mobile. But I finally came up with a solution. Its still hanging a little bit weird so I might fix that, but overall I am really happy with how it turned out. There is an I in team.

I was interested in doing a series of painting on the same object to study different media. Since Nell told me I need to pick something that has organic quality, I came across the idea of doing self portrait. Updates on my daily sketch.

The interplay of positive and negative space. Nell always talks about learning the material and I intellectually know what she means but never have I, in such a hands on sense, understood that phrase until this project. The plastic is so finicky and most of all hot. It is very hard to mold something that is too hot to handle. Not class related but still important. This one is for Maggie.
