Neustadt Springs Brewery is a small craft industry. Our brewery is nestled in Neustadt, one of the prettiest villages in Ontario. First established in 1859 being built over one of the finest sources of spring water in Canada. Also reputed to being the oldest operating original brewery building in Ontario.
