Its been awhile since I have said anything. My size 2 pants still fit and I feel good. I have just been maintaining my weight, not loosing anymore which is good, I am happy where I am. I have been really busy with school and life, so I have not been doing too much excercise. I walked last week at lunch every day for 30 min. This week, not so much.

All the hard work I did at the gym and refusing the good but bad for you food has been thrown out the window. Arg! I have no one to blame but myself. Tonight I will do my ball exercises and 50 jumping jacks.
