DVORAK Keyboard Layout Is Disabled By Gboard. On January 15, 2017. IOs 10 allows for the DVORAK keyboard layout. For external keyboards. This had been working for me till today. No matter what tried I could not get the DVORAK layout to work. But, then I noticed that predictive text was not working and the onscreen keyboad would not disappear.
