Friday, April 16, 2010. I am back to it with the over 35s. Mostly scrimmages for now and looking forward to playing in the fall when I get fitter. The world cup is in 55 days. Thursday, October 22, 2009. So far, the legs feel fine except for the shins which must be hurting from the downhills. Having said this, I am starting to enjoy working up and down the hills. The plan is to continue working on increasing the mileage for the next two months before taking a break in December. Friday, October 16, 2009.
