I am not legally divorced yet and the fertility clinic called me back and said that if I was still legally married, my husband would have to sign the papers to accept the embryo. Still an adventure, though. Our second IVF cycle, a natural frozen embryo transfer resulted in a twin pregnancy. Our babies were born at 37 weeks, 5 days gestation and we are enjoying them immensely.
