The thing is, I love exercise, and I try to do it as frequently as I can. The only problem is that I get demotivated very fast. So if I try exercising for 2 weeks, then see that the results are well nothing. Then I go into this depression phase of mine whereby I binge. Which is the stupidest decision of my life every time.
