August Great Cakes Soapwork Challenge. This is my 2nd time entering the Great Cakes Soapworks Challenge. This month the Challenge was Mantra Marble. I have never tried this swirl before so it was fun to try something new. I wanted something fall with it coming right around the corner. This time around I made 4 different entries before choosing which one I was going to go with. Drum Roll for the entry I chose.

Whats going down in the soapy kitchen! August 6, 2015. Oh I have so much to tell you. In no particular order here we go. Last but not least I will be at the Mission City Farmers Market again on August 15. I will be on Holidays from Aug 28-Sept 15.

The site had the following in the homepage, "This months challenge club technique was Mantra Marbles! The video is a bit comical as I try to do an intricate pattern with soap the consistency of mashed potatoes." I noticed that the web site stated " I used micas for colorant and did a gold mica swirl in the top." They also stated " Heres how it turned out. And here is the video of me making it.
