Friday, March 9, 2018. It is 2018 and I am still alive! Blowing the dust off this space, if anyone still reads this, it would be nice to reconnect. I sometimes trudge along in life wondering how and what and why. Is a typical good, still surviving. An inspiring story of late, of my boss who adopted a child from China. Such great generosity, such great love.
I miss you so so so so much. With the first few months crawling at tortoise pace. And the last months zooming past.
Monday, September 03, 2007. For every odd reason in my funny bones,. I miss you like crazy today. To watch your chest rise and fall. To hear your heart beating. In sync with mine, like one. Promises of forever, just maybe. And so here I am. I had you to hold again. Watch the sun rise in your eyes. The light fall on your face.
Post-hiatus, and some other thoughts.
I want to go on an adventure with you. Living, on borrowed time. I hate the wondering and pondering and all that keeps me thinking about it. I will make you into a great nationand you will be a blessingand all peoples on earth will be blessed through you. Lord I find You in the seeking. Lord I find You in the doubt. And to know You is to love You. And to know so little else. Oh how I need You.
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. The Barker Days - Sigh. Wah my work getting harder by the day sia.
