Lidlin 0,33l oluttölkit vertailussa. Päätin tehdä köyhän miehen oluttestin ja ostin Lidlistä viisi pientä oluttölkkiä. Mukaan tarttuivat Finkbräu Pils, Finkbräu Alkoholfrei, Nobelaner, Nobelaner Kesäolut sekä Grafenwalder Pils. Vertailu toteutui sokkotestinä, eli arviot on kirjoitettu ennen kuin paljastui mikä olut on mikin. Arviot muodostuivat perin pelkistetyiksi, sillä eihän tämmöisistä mitäänsanomattomista litkuista mitään pidempiä sepustuksia saa aikaiseksi.
Maistuu toinen itsetehty Olut! Lauantaina, marraskuuta 19, 2016. Aattelin kokeilla miten saisi kasvatettua pullon pohjista hiivaa, näin pitkästä aikaa. Kaivoin tuon 250ml erlenmayerin esiin ja laitoin pohjalle 16g jo hiukan paakkuuntuntutta vahnaksi käynyttä extra light spraymallasta. 160ml kohdalle putelin ja laitoin pumpulin korkiksi. Tämän jälkeen mikrotin koko komeuden niin, että vierre kiehahti reippasti. Sitten vain jäähdytys ja pullonperät sekaan. Perjantaina, marraskuuta 11, 2016.
