It was a nice journey that took us through many ups and downs, success and failures and of course, a learning path for our future endeavors. The module CG1413 really taught some important points that we applied in all the team work assignments and will also apply later on. I would like to list the major learning outcomes here -.

Thank you everyone who has been giving your comments and suggestions for the past 13 weeks. I really learnt a lot about myself through the comments and will definitely try to improve on them. Is this the end? Definitely not; it is just the beginning. I believed that I still have more to learn regarding effective team communication. These would be definitely more projects in the future.

Tuesday, April 13, 2010. Looking back at my blog posts, I feel a great sense of achievement. An achievement, that I made it through JAS. An achievement, that I started blogging and writing. An achievement, that I have grown through this short span of time. Hardly had I any time to sit back, and admire the achievements I have made. Yes It was the first blog post of my life. Not my best, but I managed to do it. I feel that I could have.

Monday, April 12, 2010. In CG1413, we learned how to effectively communicate in a team. These, I agree are one of the most important components of team-play. Quite plainly, conflict resolution is also essential in teams though I have yet to experience any conflicts in this semester nor do I hope for one. However, when I do, I hope I will know what to do based on what I learned. Hence, I would real.

In this CG1413 module, I had learnt how to work in a team, how to write emails, proposals, learn about 7Cs in writing, oral defense, using wiki and so on. After all, I would like to thank Ms. Happy and all of my friends for helping and giving me advices throughout the module. It was nice working with.

The module is officially completed and I would like to take one last opportunity to thank everyone for making this a delightful experience. I must say, contrary to what I mention in my introduction, I am now more aware of my character, limits and strengths. I would like to thank Ms Happy for giving me the firm foundation of the module and also providing me with the most critical and constructive feedback. Lastly, the biggest thank you to everyone for making me know myself better.
