In the last week, I got to experience a cool running experience and a not-so-cool experience. Last Thursday, I met up with a co worker to go on a trail run in Forest Park on the Wildwood Trail. Wiregate Trail was a muddy mess! Waited it out and got back out with Owen this afternoon! Hitting the Reset Button.

The site had the following in the homepage, "It is Shamrock Run Day! Up early and getting ready." I noticed that the web site stated " I started this annual tradition in 2012." They also stated " I started because of BreAnna. The race benefits Doernbecher Childrens Hospital. I joined a team from the hospital originally that first year and last year. This year I discovered that there was a team where I work, Portland Community College! So I joined Team PCC. Last year I ran the 8K. Fun time again!
