Mateřské školy patří v současné době mezi velice nedostatkové instituce předškolního vzdělávání. Nedostatkovými mám na mysli školy, které nabízejí své služby zdarma či za velice nízkou úplatu. Jejich počet a kapacita nedokáže pokrýt poptávku ze strany rodičů dětí, a to zejména na sídlištích ve velkých městech. Kritéria výběru dětí jsou pak ze strany škol velice přísná. Prvořadé jsou děti Náměstí Míru. Část věnuji organizaci školy a zejména pak organizaci vzdělávání. Se školou spolupracuje také občans.
