This blog hopes to offer insight into American nutrition and the role health organizations have played in our perception of healthy eating and overall health. Has anyone seen it? From the trailer it looks thought provoking. The more variety of color the better. Fruits are delicious and packed with nutrients.

Was it just a dream? Freedom, I think, is what was the best thing about this trip. It knocked my socks off. Be different it is mighty difficult to just go on with life as if nothing ever happened.
