The Design Showcase was to help demonstrate the different elements found in most common magazines. O, The Oprah Magazine. I scanned different pages and used PowerPoint to help demonstrate the different elements of the pages. I then drew circles or triangles to identify the parts and used arrows to show were they were on the given page. I think the hardest part was making sure I covered everything without repeating too much.

My idea at the start of my course of treatment was that I would use this blog to record my trials and tribulations and use them as springboard to deep and meaningful thoughts. The reality is that, whilst adversity has given me many new and unwanted insights into the world and my place in it, the trials and tribulations have more usually beaten me into a relatively zombie-like numbness!
