Through his ministry Jesus taught many important lessons and saved many people. At the start of Jesus ministry, he was tested by the devil. The Holy Spirit led Jesus into the wilderness where the devil tempted him for 40 day and 40 nights without food. Jesus was not tempted by the devil and at the end of this time the devil left him.
The greatness of Jesus was told when Jesus was being baptized; John recognized him as the Christ he had been predicting. A dove landed on Jesus, and the voice of God was heard, saying This is my son . Although Jesus was a great and sinless man, he had enemies. The Pharisees could see the growing admiration for Jesus, and were Jealous. Jesus called the gathering of his disciples and He took a loaf of bread and brok.
