I have exercised on and off throughout my life but never really enjoyed it or felt accomplished other then when the scale went down. My 7 miles on the beach with Matt, my 9 miles I did in Seaside, OR, and my 10 miler with my H2C teammate Denee.

They also stated " Last Friday we returned from our 3 week visit to the States! Sadly, we didnt even get to see many of you.
