One way is to make sure that everyone in class feels comfortable and safe enough with me that they will be able to confide in me if any issues happen to rise. Another way is to help make sure that lessons are going into enough depth so students are able to fully understand and better improve their learning skills.

Overall, I had a fantastic time at conference this year! As I said before, I thoroughly enjoyed by experience at conference this year.
