On May 24, 2015. We did coffee ceremony, which is where someone roasts the coffee beans over a wood charcoal fire, grinds them by hand, and serves them from special clay pots. The coffee had a nice woodsy, roasted flavor. They also serve popcorn cooked over the charcoal. A morning without coffee is like sleep. On May 10, 2015.
