Just wanted to give a little update as to what I am doing so far to prepare for 2014. I am hosting a biggest loser competition at work. I also joined an accountability group on facebook with some of my friends.
This is about the struggle to an ideal weight, while refusing to give up rice. Anyone ever done this before and what was your experience? Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead. It was really inspiring, to say the least. Women, Food and God.
