I feel like i should write something intelligently witty here. Over this last semester i think that this module has helped alot and taught me a few things, some of which i already knew subconsciously but had never really given thought to and some things that i honestly would never have expected. People will actually publish any rubbish to prove a point.

The education system- teaching and learning combined is of huge interest to me, and having the freedom to choose what I wrote about each week kept my interest throughout. Usually, we are told what to write about, when to write about it and what we are meant to learn from it. In this module it was all personal- I got to choose.

And so the end is here . I have honestly learnt to debate, critically evaluate and many of skills I have blogged about being so important in lower school, I have learnt and understood now in my third year.

I think blogging has been an effective way of learning. It gives an opportunity for students to enhance their learning in a less stressful way, e. no exams! Thank you for an enjoyable and interesting learning experience. Therefore, perhaps it is not the pupils who are lacking in motivation, maybe the teachers need adapt and encourage pupils to work? My researching skills have improved dramatically. Being able to search journals for relevent literature and to read the papers for supporting or conflicting findings. I thing I enjoyed most about the module was the way it was tested. Doing weekly blogs meant more work but it was in smaller more manageable chunks which is much better than having to cram information for other exams and this modules exam at the end of the semester. I enjoyed the module and would recommend it to all second years. I think more modules should adopt some of the concepts that this module demonstrates work.

Over the past few months, this module has taught me so much. Firstly, its taught me that self directed learning is possible and it really works. its been great to be able to talk about WHAT I want, WHEN I want. Next, that Jesse Martin really is a legend! The other day th.

From the very first week, this module has been an eye-opener. So many topics have been discussed in a small period of time, without being too much to take in or keep up with.

Science of education has taught me so much, not only from an academic perspective but also from a personal one. Rewind back to that first lecture we had with Jesse. I was amazed by this new way of looking at. I have thoroughly enjoyed this .
