Tuesday, February 02, 2010. You know how much I love mushrooms. Sometimes I am lucky and can find them in the woods around the Palouse. Usually I find a handful so I just fry them in a little olive oil and salt then eat them up right away. Some of the best recipes are the simplest. Some of the best moments in life are simple.
