The Frome Community Lottery was launched in October 2000 to raise money to fund capital projects that involve improving existing or developing new community facilities in Frome and the surrounding villages. Funds are raised by a weekly lottery , through a national community lottery scheme and a panel of Trustees considers grant applications from local organisations to distribute the funds raised.
