One hope that I have when I think about working with children and families who come from diverse backgrounds is that they feel reflected and respected in my program. My endeavor will be substantiated by conversations, information, and observations inclusive and obtained from the families; not assumptions and stereotypes. Welcoming Families Around the World. Play is the highest form of research. I want to thank my classmates for their participation in my growth and for sharing their journey with me.
