Voy a dejar de Fumar en un mes. Razones para dejar de fumar. Sábado, 16 de abril de 2011. No quiero lanzar las campanas al vuelo y decir que nunca jamás volveré a fumar, pero si que puedo decir que intenciones no tengo. Además tras 4 meses y medio sin fumar me siente muchísimo mejor de salud, sobre todo siento que duermo mejor y no me ahogo. Por las mañanas da gusto levantarse, abrir la ventana y respirar una fuerte bocanada de aire sin tener que toser y toser.
