I made it to the gym last night, and had a great little workout. I also noticed something recently - I can actually walk up stairs a little easier than before. So even 4 days in to the new year, I can feel that my legs are a tad stronger.

The site had the following in the homepage, "Tower of Terror 13k 2007." I noticed that the web site stated " My First Half Marathon 2009." They also stated " I had to work yesterday. Last week was much better than last. Really busy day at the daily grind. Looking forward to the WOD. Its pouring this evening so no running. Skill tonight was find your 3 rep max.
