Posted by darrancarr in Uncategorized. Tuesday to friday Work Experience! I spent this week in Queenstown on work experience for Queenstown Lakes District Council at the beutiful Queenstown Gardens. Spent Tuesday clearing up after large gale force winds the night before took down a few trees and left a lot of debris all over the QT Gardens. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday was spent with Val the head gardener and his assistant Joe.
A wet start to the day today, we met up with Trevor and fixed a few things in the shed, then after a lovely cheesecake morning tea for Nick I managed to jump back in the tractor and practiced driving up and down the vineyard rows with the air sprayer on the back. Trev cooked up a BBQ lunch which was nice, then had an early finish.

Today Jo took all the new students for a field trip. we old students had already went to that places where Jo took them today.
