This week it snowed in Chicago! It was the fifth largest snowstorm on record and it just keeps falling. I planned this story time a few weeks ago and really wanted to wait for a snowy week to share this theme with my story time friends. I do multiple story times each week for different groups and ages of children, so I always like to have more than a few choices to swap in and out.
Time to tune up! I think social bookmarking is a great tool. I enjoy looking at what other people have tagged and like throwing my two cents in as well. I liked the activity and really liked looking at what other people tagged similar articles with. I think that in a research situation, this would really help me think outside of the box and give me ideas as how to find answers when I am stumped. We have so many great resources available with our databases. One of the things I struggle with is trying .
