The site had the following in the homepage, "Poached Salmon with Lemon Caper Sauce." I noticed that the web site stated " July 16, 2012 at 635 pm Filed under entrée." They also stated " Ive made a poached salmon recipe for a few years, but lost that recipe so looked up another. I found another recipe in a cookbook we got in Savannah, Georgia. I changed it enough to make it my own. 1 lb salmon, wild caught yes, it matters. 12 lemon, sliced thinly. Handful of chopped button mushrooms. A few sprigs fresh thyme."ANALYZE MORE BUSINESSES
