My birthplace is Nepal and even though I did not stay there for a long time, I call it my home. About 4 years ago when I last visited Nepal, I had no idea that such tragic natural disasters would occur, nobody did. So, I continued with my vacation and seeing all the temples and other beautiful buildings I did not value them as much as I would now. I remember in elementary school, it was Grandparents Day and I remember all of my friends there were so excited to go home and give the gifts we made in.
