Trying to get healthy and maintain my weight loss by eating in moderation, keeping my body moving, and keeping a positive attitude. Sunday, August 2, 2015. I am not doing so well with this little weight loss and exercise thing. My eating plan is fine. That is, I eat in moderation, no bread, no sugar, except on very special occasions. Thursday, May 14, 2015. Weekly Weigh-In - Week 8, 2015. I weighed in on April 20th and found that I had not lost any weight in the prior week. It really frustrated me, so of course, I ate some junk food to make myself feel better. Then, I felt stupid. Then, I spoke with Sean Anderson of The Daily Diary of a Winner. I think my 3-week period just answered that for me.
