Rio Del Sol is a unique development along the Colorado River with year around recreational opportunities. The area is surrounded by BLM Lands and Wildlife Refuges which provide a buffer from the usual large crowds found in great vacation areas. These are not leased parcels, they are hard to find deeded lots.
