I taught one class in the morning, and another in the afternoon. their teachers were divided throughout the day grading some assessments or something. The site had the following in the homepage, "Trying to figure out these new-fangled interwebs." I noticed that the web site stated " Life has been too crazy for the past few months." They also stated " Too much work, not enough balance. I made the decision today that I need to give myself some respite from the madness. From now on, I will take a 5-10 minute walk outside of my office space. I had a little break today and it felt like such a burden was lifted.
