Building a stronger tomorrow by strengthening our youth. How can we honestly say that we are providing an equitable experience to our children of St. Croix when some schools are the haves and some schools are the have nots. How is it okay that some children get the privilege of learning in an environment that is physically comfortable versus the children that have to suffer in the stifling heat? How about the child that is in a class with a severely ineffective teacher for an entire school.
