How I lost 3 stone. 10k Training Diary weeks 1-4. This week has been all about time on my feet but not in the good way of doing lots of running but due to the fact that I have worked long hours this week involving a lot of standing for many hours on hard floors.

Always there with us, even when we forget about them. As a kid, I liked my shadow. My shadow was always there, and I liked it that way. In fact, I forgot all about it.

I was really looking forward to the Penny Lane Striders.

Firstly my apologies for not updating on a more regular basis. This view never gets old. I am still utterly in love with living by the sea.
