Monday Grind with my Aunt who was in-town from San Diego. Tuesday Back to the track! Wed Amelia was in-town and we did an easy 10km science world seawall run. Great to see her and catch-up over beers after! Friday Another Double Grind. Saturday Winery touring in Osoyoos. Sunday Sitting by the lake in Osoyoos. Wed I went to the Eau Claire running room .
5mi out and back route which is nice and scenic but the out and back bores me a bit.
