The site had the following in the homepage, "Ive had a fairly successful week training wise." I noticed that the web site stated " I had one day where I ran and felt like I could have kept running for hours, love that! Some things have changed." They also stated " Im still doing a half next weekend, but not the one I originally was going to. Its a long story but Im lucky I found another one to do. Sorry this is a pretty bad post P.
