June 9, 2015. So Ive been really hitting the gym hard the past 2 weeks, dying to see some changes, and theyve finally happened! Im down 4 pounds from where Ive started and thats some exciting ! I just need to keep working hard and results will happen. My First goal weight is 170, and then from there I would like to get to 160. Thats 26 lbs all together, so I need to understand it isnt going to happen overnight. Workout without the gym! June 6, 2015. Sometimes getting to the gym just isn.
