After that I decided that there was nothing left to do that wold live up to it so we headed for the coast and had a couple of pleasant days in Kotor and then the same in Herceg Novi. Tuesday, January 27, 2015. So, in my last post. I had been running some of my runs pretty fast for my pace anyway, so there. Sort of like a tempo run without the agony.
